Orion Homes gave special thanks to a long serving member of their team when sales negotiator, Kay Patefield, received a gift in recognition of her tenth year at the company.

Sales and marketing director, Dianne Reynolds, visited Kay at Orion Homes’ Waterford Place development in Normanton to present a bottle of congratulatory champagne. Kay has worked with great success at a wide variety of Orion Homes developments throughout Yorkshire and is the latest of a number of employees who have been with the house-builder for a decade or more.

“We have directors, head office staff, site managers, joiners and bricklayers who have worked with us for between fifteen and thirty years,” said Dianne Reynolds. “I’d like to think that we attract the right people and, once on board, they stay with us because the company enjoys a friendly atmosphere at every level. Kay is the latest employee at Orion Homes to reach an impressive milestone, and we’d like to thank her for playing an important part in the company’s success over the past ten years.”

Kay is continuing to work with success at Waterford Place, a recently launched development featuring a range of highly specified three and four bedroom homes priced from £144,995.
