Orion Homes Can Pay Mortgage Until 2013
Orion Homes have dramatically reduced the cost of home ownership at a number of their developments in with the introduction of a new special offer which pays the purchaser’s mortgage until 2013.
The incentive is available with selected homes at Waterford Place in Normanton, Olympia Gardens in Dewsbury, Ravenfield Court in Conisbrough and Spring Place Park in Northorpe, near Mirfield. In addition homebuyers can take advantage of part exchange, also available on selected plots.
“The details of our mortgage offer will be music to the ears of homebuyers struggling with affordability problems,” said sales and marketing director, Dianne Reynolds. “We will pay mortgage costs every month until the 31st December 2012 - obviously the sooner purchasers take advantage of this incentive, the more they will save in total monthly payments.”
